Company's life cycle.
Companies with proven business models, and preferably services aimed at companies in the development phase, which require capital to grow.
Market Positioning
Leaders or companies with a clear competitive edge who aspire to be leaders in their sectors by means of acquisitions, mergers or aggressive organic growth.
Geographical Scope
Companies whose decision-making centre is in Spain but which may have a high volume of activity abroad.
Management Team
With proven know-how and a high degree of financial and personal commitment.
Investment Period
Investments with a time frame ranging from three to six years and a disinvestment plan enabling the company to obtain the returns projected, which has been negotiated from the beginning with the company's other shareholders and managers.
