Financial: maximize returns on the investments made through professional investment management enabling both the investee company and the whole of the portfolio to create value.

Operational: to acquire temporary holdings in the capital of unlisted medium-sized companies based in Spain, in the technology, information system, telecommunications, outsourcing and new energy sectors.

Strategic: maintain and consolidate the leadership position achieved among Spanish venture capital sector firms specializing in the technological sector.

Sector Approach
Information and communication technologies. We invest in companies that develop products or provide services with a high technological component, or companies with a clear competitive edge as a result of the technology incorporated into their production processes.

Company's life cycle.
Companies with proven business models, and preferably services aimed at companies in the development phase, which require capital to grow.

Market Positioning
Leaders or companies with a clear competitive edge who aspire to be leaders in their sectors by means of acquisitions, mergers or aggressive organic growth.
Geographical Scope
Companies whose decision-making centre is in Spain but which may have a high volume of activity abroad.

Management Team
With proven know-how and a high degree of financial and personal commitment.

Investment Period
Investments with a time frame ranging from three to six years and a disinvestment plan enabling the company to obtain the returns projected, which has been negotiated from the beginning with the company's other shareholders and managers.
