iNova Capital SCR was created in May 2000 as independent venture capital firm. Its four founding shareholders -Torreal, Inversiones Ibersuizas, GB Inversiones and Banco Pastor - contributed cash as well as their holdings in companies in the technological and telecommunications fields. In June 2006 Greenpark Capital acquired the 68.75% of the company. iNova Capital SCR invests in the share capital of unlisted medium-sized companies in an expansion stage which operate in the Telecommunications, Information Technology, Internet, Media, Electronic, Business Process Outsourcing and Biotechnology markets. iNova Capital SCR invests in companies with large growth potential to consolidate them in their respective markets and increase their value in the medium-term. |
