iNova Capital SCR was founded in May 2000 as independent private equity firm. Its four founding shareholders - Torreal, Inversiones Ibersuizas, GB Inversiones and Banco Pastor - contributed cash as well as their holdings in companies in the technology and telecommunications sectors. In June 2006 Greenpark Capital acquired 68.75% of the company. iNova Capital SCR invests in unlisted medium-sized companies in an expansion stage which operate in the Telecommunications, Information Technology, Internet, Media, Electronic, Business Process Outsourcing and Alternative Energy markets. iNova Capital SCR invests in companies with large growth potential to consolidate them in their respective markets and increase their value in the medium-term |
