He has been working in companies in the Information Technology and Telecommunications sector since 1983. Prior to joining iNova he was the General Manager of Marketing and Business Development at Lucent Technologies España he has performed management functions in the holding of AT&T España and companies such as Corporación IBV, and Eritel (currently Indra). He is currently a director of IT Deusto, LaNetro Zed, Grupo BC, Lartec, Unitronics and DC Wafers. He has a Civil Engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and a MBA from IESE. José Tomás has developed his professional career in the financial industry. He managed the Merger and Acquisitions division of BBVA for ten years and also headed the Venture Capital unit of the same group up to 2000. This same year, he founded the venture capital management company Diana Capital together with other partners and was the company's managing director up to 2004. He is currently director of, IT Deusto, Grupo BC, Lartec, Sidsa Unitronics, Infinia and DC Wafers” He holds a degree in Economic and Business Administration from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid and also obtained a MBA from IESE. He speaks Spanish, English and French. |

He began his professional career in Arthur Andersen's audit/consulting department . Prior to joining iNova, he worked in equity research department of Beta Capital SVB (Fortis Group) covering companies in the telecommunications, Internet and technology industries. Previously, he worked at Ono (Cableuropa) where he was formed part of the network development and financial departments. He is a director of Unitronics, Sidsa and Lartec. He has a Telecommunications Engineering degree from the Polytechnic University (Madrid). He speaks Spanish and English. |

Prior to joining iNova, Jaime worked as an analyst in the Special Investments Department of Caja Madrid where he analyzed investments in the IT, telecommunications, transport, real estate, leisure and financial sectors. Jaime previously worked on telecommunications projects at Mercer Management Consulting. He is currently director DC Wafers and Unitronics. He earned a degree in Law and Business Management and Administration from the University Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE E-3). He speaks Spanish, English and German.

Previously, she was an account executive in the communications company LL&S and was an executive secretary at Corppenta S.A. She also worked in Aldeasa's promotions department.
